Treasured posssessions

Name and describe at least five 'possessions' that you cherish.  Which two could be good gifts for other people in your life?  Explain why you cherish these things and why you think others would appreciate receiving them as gifts.

  1. My five most cherishable possessions I have is my cell phone, my hair, my grandma's bracelet, the necklace my mom gave me, and my eyes.I love my hair because it is long and makes me feel like myself. My eyes change color and nobody else I have met has eyes like mine so I believe that they make me indivudual. I believe that my hair and eyes would make good gifts for another person. A person with a disease who has lost their hair would greatly appreciate my hair. My eyes would make a good gift for somebody who is blind or somebody who does not like their brown eyes. Hair and eyes may seem like a simple thing to cherish but to somebody who does not have hair or sight it can mean a lot.

  2. 1: dog- she's fat and makes me happy
2: stuffed animal- I have an obession with them
3: honesty- helps me be a good friend
    4: bed- I couldn't sleep without it
    5: friends- make me laugh

Two things others would appreciate recieving as gifts would be my honesty and my stuffed animal. My honesty is a good thing to recieve because that way you always know I'm telling the truth when I talk to you and you'll always have my honest opinion if you need it. My stuffed animal might make a good present because you would know how much I must like you to let go of my treasured friend and let you have it.

  3. There are a few things that i cherish. The most important one is my friends and family. A few others are my phone, hair, eyes, and my clothes. These things mean a lot to me and i couldnt imagine living without any of them. I think that two things that could be given as a gift would be my eyes and my hair. I beilieve that if someone were to be blind and needed new that my eyes would be a great gift to them even though they might not have the best eye sight. Another good gift to give to someone would be my hair. If someone had cancer and needed hair my hair could be made into a wig for someone going through the medication and lost all thier hair. I belive that even though i may not have the best eye sight and not the most beautiful hair, people would appreciate them because having not so great eyes is better than having no eyes. And also having hair that may not be the most beautiful is better than not having any hair.

  4. Five posessions that I cherish are my dog, my stuffed teddy bear, my house, my family, and my smile. Two of these things that could be gifts are my stuffed bear and my smile. I cherish my stuffed bear because I've had it since I was born and it could easily be given to a newborn again as it was to me. I really like my smile because people tell me I look very happy and full of life when I smile and I could hopefully try to make someone feel better by smiling.

  5. One of my five favorite possessions is my blanket. My blanket is the U.S.'s flag, and I got it when I was 5. I still have it with me now. Two more possessions are my turtles. Their names are donatello and michallangelo, names after the ninja turtles. I have had them for 1 and a half years. My first g-shock is my 4th prized possession because it was the first expensive item I bought myself. It's red and I have had it for 3 years. My last prized possession is my soccer ball that I recieved as a present about 3 years ago. It's an official world cup ball. I use it for every practice. I could give my turtles away when I leave to college. I know this one boy who is about 9 right now who would love to take care of my turltes and I know he would take good care of them. I cherish all of these things because I am attached to them and I got them as gifts. Other people could see that if I gave them a prized possession of mine, then I really like them and they are worthy enough to get my gift. -

  6. • My tenor saxophone
    • My iPod
    • My computer
    • My bracelets
    • My bed

I cherish my saxophone because I have a love for music. My saxophone helps me to pass time and I enjoy playing songs with it. I cherish my iPod because it is what I use to listen to music, text my friends and use the internet. I cherish my computer because it opens me up to the internet as well. My bracelets I cherish because they have a lot of meaning to me. I’ve made all of them but by charm bracelet and I care about all of them. The last thing I cherish is my bed. My bed is the place where I do most of my thinking and spend most of my time.
I believe that my iPod and my bracelets would make good gifts. Giving my bracelets away would have more sentimental meaning to a person that knew me. People who know me realize that I wear my bracelets constantly and the ones I make have meaning as well. Giving my iPod away would be a good gift because someone could use it and love it just as much as I do.

  7. • Phone
    • Dog
    • Clothes
    • Jewelry
    • First Stuffed Animal
Two of my possessions that would make great gifts would be a dog and jewelry. A dog would be a great gift because of its value as becoming part of the family and having a dog can give someone responsibility. Jewelry would be another great gift because there are so many different types of jewelry and each necklace, bracelet or earrings can have its own sentimental value to the person receiving it and the jewelry can have a meaning behind the charm on the jewelry.

    3) My hair
    4) Sims 2
    5) My eyes
My phone and laptop would be a good present for everyone in my family, because they are both in very nice condition and are worth a lot of money. I cherish these because they are very fun to use and I can spend a lot of time on them, and they are very hard to replace because they are very expensive. I think others would appropriated receiving them because they know how much I love them, and they are very nicely taken care of.

One of the possessions that I cherish is my family. My family is a very happy one, especially during the holidays. It's fun to be around my family members because I always have a good time. Another is my bird. She is a cockatiel and her name is Marble. She always makes me happy when she chirps. The third thing that I cherish is my eyes. My family has a recessive blue eye color gene, and I'm the only person in my family (besides my dad) who got them. The fourth possession that I cherish are the christmas lights that go on at night at my house. They illuminate the darkness and spread Christmas spirit. I think that these Christmas lights would be a good present for others because anyone can put them up on their house around Christmas time, and they make people happy. The fifth thing that I cherish is the gingerbread house we make every year at my house. It's a great treat, and even if you don't want to eat it, it is still a great decoration. I think people would like this as a gift because it is a great dessert treat. It also lasts a long time, and could be a decoration if it is not eaten. These are the five things I cherish

  16. 1. My guitar pick earrings are my most treasured possession. They are one of a kind from a craft fair in New Hampshire. I love to where them and know that they are irreplaceable.
    2. My mother’s horseshoe necklace is another one of my cherished possessions. It was something that my mom wore growing up that she now lets me wear as well. I see it as lucky and want to take care of it as well as my mom did for many years.
    3. My phone is another important item of mine. If I ever don’t know where it is I feel very disconnected and out of sorts.
    4. My first stuffed animal that was a panda. I absolutely love pandas and went through a phase when I was younger were all of my stuffed animals I got were pandas. But, I always remember my very first one, Pandy, and see it as the most important to me.
    5. My camera is so important to me. I took after my mom’s love of capturing every memory and whether it may be a silly photo or a beautiful landscape in national park, I really love to have my camera to preserve memories.
I think my guitar pick earrings and my mother’s horseshoe necklace would be the best gifts to give to other people in my life. The other three objects are more specific to me and would seem just like used objects I was trying to get rid of. The two pieces of jewelry could be worn by people that I gave them to. Thus, although they are accessories they would be practical gifts as well.

I cherish my sport, gymnastics, because not everyone else can do what i can do. it is a very difficult sport, and i'm not doing to bad. and i cherish my accomplishments because i can always look back on them knowing i did something right. I think others would appreciate friends and family because they are the only things you really need.

  18. My most treasured possession is my blue Age Groups hoodie from my 2012 championship meet. This is because it reminds me of that weekend; the best weekend of my life. Every time I wear it, I think of the good memories, and everything that happened.
My next treasured possession, would be my fifth place medal from the 50 free that weekend. I have not yet unwrapped it, it is still in its little bag. The medal reminds me of how my hard work over the year paid off, and I did better at the meet than I ever thought I could, and way better than I expected. It symbolizes to me that nothing is impossible.
My third treasured possession is my phone. This sounds bad, and like a typical American teenager, but the reason for this, is that with it I have contact with people. I can talk to almost whoever I want, whenever I want. Having this ability to talk to my loved ones is very important to me. I have so many things saved on my phone, that if I lost it, I would lose everything. I can also use it in the case of an emergency, and can call 911, which makes me feel safer.
The next treasured possession on my list, is music. Without music, the world would be so boring and quiet. I have a lot of music, and though it is completely different, it speaks to me in ways that it is more than just a song.
My last treasured possession is, I guess, Shannon Camara. It is actually all of my friends, because I know I can always go to them to talk, to laugh, or just to roll around on the floor and eat random food. Along with my friends, are the memories that go along with them, like making jello at midnight, watching entire seasons of how I met your mother, and going swimming in the dark.

If I could give the gift of friendship, that would be the best thing I could give someone. That would be the gift I would give, if possible. The gift of memories also.

My absolute most treasured possession would be my mercurial soccer cleats. I have had these since seventh grade and I’ve trained with them for so long that they have become almost a part of me that I cannot live without when playing. They are the most comfortable and long lasting cleats that I’ve ever owned and I have had some of my best moments in them.
Another most prized possession that I have would be the piano that is in my room. It was the second piano that I’ve ever had, and I’ve had it since I was 8 or 9 years old. This is very important to me because I use it every day and I have spent many hours stressing over it, but it is always something that seems to calm me down in the end.
My third most treasured possession would be my copies of the Percy Jackson series. They are my favorite books to read and I cannot count how many times I’ve gone cover to cover for each one. They are just something that I like to pick up when I have some down time, instead of searching all over for another book to read, because I already know that there is something new to be found out every time I pick them up.
My third most treasured possession would be my gold hoop earrings with the hearts on them. I’ve had these since I was born and I wore them every single day until I was about 10 years old. They are very important to me because they were given to me by my grandfather that passed away a few years ago. They come from Portugal and they match almost everything that I have. I have become a bit reluctant to wear them lately for fear that I might lose them somewhere.
Last but not least would be Mollie Westrick, I guess. Friendship to me is definitely one of the most important things to me, but I have to write Mollie’s name down because she is sitting next to me and she already wrote down myself as on her list of prized possessions. Friends are something that everyone needs to have because they are the people that are always there for you to talk to and just generally have fun being with. This is a gift that I would give to anyone because everybody needs someone that they can just be themselves around.

  20. My grandmother's necklace (small silver chain with an emerald), my rock climbing shoes (purple and over 30 years old), my desk,my guitar(acoustic, light brown), and my bed (cozy and warm, with a foam matteress). I cherish these items because they each have a part in my life. my rock climbing shoes, my desk, and my bed i use almost everyday. my grandmother is a huge part of my life, when I was little and my parent were never home she took care of me almost veryday for five years, and still is helping with my family. my guitar is, I've been playing since I was in third grade and it has become a huge part of my life. If I had to give away to of my possetions I would give away my guitar, to anyone who needs it more than me, like a childrens home or some other charity. The second item I would give away is my desk, and I would give it to my mom so she has a place to work when she is a home and working.

My favorite possesions are my xbox, my house, my grandma's recording to me, and my xbox games. My grandma's recording is special because she recorded it before she died and its special. My Xbox is special to me because I get to play games with my friends, and it's really fun. Without my house, I don't know where I would be. Shelter is essential to survival, and it is very nice. I know I already put xbox down, but i don't like baby games like Hello Kitty. Call of Duty and Far Cry 3 is where it's at. Without these things, my life would be completely different.

-My shoes sign by Rajon Rondo
-My football signed my a lot of Patriots
    -My laptop
    -My eye

The two that would make great gifts is my phone or my laptop. This is because people would benefit from them a lot, and everyone loves new technology. I cherish my signed items because I love those players and I always wanted to meet them. I finally did, and I never want to forget that, because those are the people that I look up to sometimes. I cherish my eye because my other one is blind, so essentially, I only have one. It is fortunate that I atleast have that one, otherwise I would be completley blind. Lastly, i cherish my laptop and phone because there the things I use everyday, they allow to do a lot, like get in touch with my friends.

  24. Five things I cherish are: my locket that my grandmother gave me, my two blankets both grandmothers made for me, my gold and diamond bracelet that my great-grandmother gave me, and music. I cherish these things because their sentimental to me, they give me hope, and help me through life. Not everybody has sentimental things in their life, but I do. These items my family have passed down to me, and have been in my family for generations, they are a constant reminder to me that there IS hope to get through whatever thing is going on. I think if I were to give one of these items to somebody that needed a little hope, and explained to them there meaning to me, it would give them a little hope, too. The blankets that my grandmothers from both sides made me, they made them for me, and only me, and that means a lot. Not a lot of people would spend so much of their time to make something for a nine year old girl, but my grandmothers did, and that has to prove for something. The lockets, I keep a picture of my grandmother in it, because when she died she wrote in her will that she wanted me to have it, to remind me of her. It's the same with the bracelet, it has been passed down for a bunch of generations, and even though it has to be fixed, it still gives me hope to see it, to know that the people that wore it before me had hope and got through their lives, and that maybe their hope can be passed down to me. I think a lot of people would be greatful for anything to give them hope. :)

  25. In my life i cherish many things, but a few things i cherish the most would be my first pair of soccer cleats. Others would include my first soccer ball, my golf clubs, a necklace given to me by my godfather, and lastly my family. two things that could be given to other poeple would first be my first pair of soccer cleats. I could give them to a younger sibbling or someone close that is interested in playing soccer. Another thing that could be a gift for someone else would be my first set of golf clubs. This would be a great gift for a younger person wanting to play golf. Someone would appreciate this gift because they are a nice set of clubs that i did well with.

  26. Five things I treasure most would be my countless CD's I have with all of my music, because I can't live without music, my old civil war book with a collection of letters, because it reminds me how much I love the subject, my small silver heart shaped necklace, because my cousin gave it to me a while ago, my old torn up baby blanket I've had since I was born, even though I never touch it anymore. And above all, my piano, because I honestly don't know how I could live if I couldn't play it. I think the necklace would be a good gift, seeing as most girls out there don't mind jewelry, and my CD's. Not all my CD's have popular music on them, but some of them do. If I could give the necklace to anyone, it would be my mom, so she could have a little piece of me, and I would give my music to my sister, so she could enjoy the music just as much as I do.

4- Sports, because they keep me out of trouble from outside issues and they are very fun to me.
5- Money, Because without money i would be living on the street and have no supplies to live with.
The two things I would give as a gift are proboly money and clothes. I would give them away because I like to help the people in the world that have financial issues.

  28. There are a few things in life that I cherish the most. These things are my dogs, my eyes, my clothes, my family, and sports. I love my dogs so much and would be lost without them. My eyes are cool because they are always changing colors and my eyelashes are very long. My clothes are really important to me because I like to spend a lot of time putting different outfits together and coming up with new and cool looks. It is my way of expressing myself. My family is so important to me and I truly cherish them because they are always there for me no matter what. Lastly, sports are important to me because I have been playing sports since I was little and if I ever need to blow off some steam, then I will play some sports. Two of these things that would make nice gifts for other people would be my clothing and my dogs. I have a lot of clothes and a lot of very unique pieces, so I honestly think they could make someone very happy. My dogs are the best dogs in the whole world and can make anybody happy. Even with just one look they can make you fall in love with them. These things are very important to me and I cherish them greatly, but we have to realize that there are people in this world who can hardly find two things to cherish. I consider myself very lucky to have all of these things.

  29. Some of my most treasure possessions are my laptop, my bass guitar, my TMNT remote control car, and my friends as well as family (most of the time). I treasure my laptop because it is one of the most entertaining things I own because I can use it to watch movies, play games, and use it as a kind of link with my friends and faraway family. I value my guitar because it is the first instrument I ever owned and it has provided many hours of pointless fun, as well as some sentimental value. I think this would be a great gift to give to another because you don't even know how to play to be entertained by it. One more thing that I treasure probably the most in my life is my friends and family. My family has always seen me through both the highs and lows as did my friends. They also provided plenty of laughs through the ages and countless hours of amusement.

  30. Five this I would cherish would be, my brothers necklace, my bothers stuffed animal, my family, my memories, and music. My brother, Bryan, passed away at least 15 years ago, and we still have all of his belongings. I always wear his necklace, because i feel like it's a part of him. I also have this stuffed animal one of his pass girlfriends gave to him. It's Pluto from Mickey Mouse. I treasure these things very much. Another thing I cherish is my family. I couldn't do anything without them. They are always there to support me, and they are all my best friends. I couldn't live one day without my family or my extended family. One more thing I cherish is my music. Music is very important to me. I feel if we didn't have music that this world wouldn't be the same. Music is in our everyday lives, so losing it would change our lives. My last thing that I cherish is my memories. I don't care if my memories are bad or good, they all have value in them to me. They teach me lessons, and make me laugh. It would be really hard to give any of these things away, but if I had to choose I would give away my brothers things, but only to my other brother, my mom, or my dad. Only because I could still be able to have them, but in someone else possession. Someone that I trust.

  31. I cherish many different things but my five favorite things are my friends, my bed, my baseball bat, my baseball glove and my laptop. These items have their own special place in my life where whenever I am at that place, I feel alone, happy, and free. My friends are a special gift that no one can take from me. When you have friend no matter what you do, they are always there for you, and I really appreciate that. Once you have friends there is no better feeling than that. And then there’s my bed, a queen sized tempurpedic bed. Whenever my mom tells me to go to bed I have o complaints because of how much I love my bed. Then my bat, I have had the same baseball bat since 6th grade, and it has never let me down. And with my bat comes my baseball glove. Again, I have had the same baseball glove since 6th grade and I still love it. And finally my laptop which I’ve had since last Christmas, I have done every single project since 8th grade on my laptop. These are the top five things that I cherish.

I have five posessions that matter greatly to me. The first object is my Pirates of the Caribbean money jar. This is important to me because it was the object that was given to me by my father the first time I won a tennis tournament. I now store all of my money in the "piggy bank." My next important posession is my tennis bag. My tennis bag is what holds everything that I own tennis wise. It is also big enough to keep random, but important items in. This is the case that I count on for protecting my expensive sports equipment and other good luck charms. A third item that is important to me is my collection of 1920's hats. They were passed down to me from my grandma who died a few years ago. They have a unique heir about them, and also represent the 1920's way of art. The fourth item that I cherish is world number 20 men's tennis player, Sam Querrey's shirt signed by him himself. This is extremely important to me because he is my idol tennis player and a gift from him is the best gift in the world. Lastly, an important object is the china from the 1920's (also passed down by my grandma). This is important because it is a family heirloom. I would give Sam Querrey's shirt and the china to people because the shirt is extremely rare and the china is so beautiful and intricate. You are not able to find such fine china now adays. These five items are what is cherished the most by myself.

  33. My five most cherished possessions are my laptop, my camcorder, my television, my Grandfather’s knife, and the Bronze Star that my Dad gave me when High School started. These items hold special memories for me and remind me of special events in my life. I still remember the times that my Mom took me to the Apple store and let me pick out whichever laptop I wanted, the time my Dad gave me the Bronze Star he received in Iraq and told me that whenever I’m having a hard day to use the medal as a reminder to persevere and to think of everything that I have accomplished. The reason that these items are so special to me, is not only because of the memories, but because they help me in the way that I want to use them. This also makes it difficult for me to decide which I could give away as gifts. I suppose that my laptop and camera could be used by somebody if they are interested in film and all of my random documents, but the others don’t hold as much of a material value as they hold a sentimental value. I cherish all of these items, and I don’t think I would ever want to see any of them be given away. I just feel that these are not only objects in my life, but they represent a part of me, and to lose them would be like losing a part of my life.

  34. My five most cherished possessions would definitely be my cell phone, my stuffed animal, my necklace, my family, and my cleats. My cell phone is my world, my stuffed animal is a bruins teddy bear, my necklace is from my first communion and it has a cross on it, my family means the world to me and without them I'd be lost, and my cleats because my whole life is about soccer. My stuffed animal and cleats would make great presents for other. My stuffed animal would be great for someone when they are having a bad day. They can hug it and feel better. My cleats would be appreciated because if the person is like me, they enjoy getting out on the field and just kicking the ball around to relieve stress. Kicking the ball extremely hard helps me feel better because I can get my anger out easily. It truly helps me and it could possibly help others too. My possessions mean the world to me and without them I would feel so lost in life.

  35. I treasure my family and friends, my sister, my iPod and Laptop, my bed, my fridge, my dog Chelly, and my grandma's earrings. I treasure my family and friends because I know they will always be there for me and I love them. I treasure my sister because she is the best sister anyone can have. She has a personality that brings out the best in me, and we go together like peas and carrots. She will always be my best friend and I love her to death. I treasure my iPod and Laptop because without music and the internet, I would be lost. I treasure my bed, along with the fridge, because I love sleeping and eating. I love getting a 16 hour night of sleep to just refresh your mind. And finally, I treasure my grandma's earrings. I lost her this year due to cancer, a battle she's been fighting since age 30. She is a true soldier. I love her so much and I miss her tons. I used to refer to her as "my second mother," because that's exactly what she was. She gave me the earrings the last time I saw her and they for me are a reminder of the great person she was.

  36. My most prized possession is my gold ring in the shape of a heart that we think was once my great grandmother's which is why it is so special to me. My second most prized possession is the relationship I have is with my grandmother. She is the nicest, most welcoming, most helpful person I know and I love her dearly. My third most prized possession is my stuffed animal dog that I have had since I was very young making it very special to me. My fourth most prized possession is my tenor saxophone. I love playing the saxophone and my tenor is close to brand new. Plus, I play it almost every. Finally, my last prized possession my smile. I feel that everyone's smile defines who they are and therefore, I cheerish my smile.
Out of these possessions, the gifts I would give are my tenor saxophone and the smile. I would give these gifts because I wish that everyone played an instrument; music helps people in a lot of ways. I wish everyone would smile every day because the world would be a happier place if that was so. for those reasons, those are the gifs i would give.

  37. I cherish several things in my life. The five material objects I value the most are my iphone, my family, my dog Sasha, my stuffted animals and my friends. I cherish my phone because it is essintal to my life. I use my phone for school work, internet acess and communication. I value mydog Sasha because she always watches our house. She is not found of many people which means her love of me shows great trust. I value my family because they are always their to love and support me. My stufft animals are importent because they symbolize my childhood. Throughout the years I have gathered many stuffed animals that all have great value to me. Each one represents a differnt time and my life and the memiores I have. Lastly my friends are very importent to me because they are fun to be around. I feel the best gifts that I could give would be my iphone and my stuffed animals. This is because its replaceable. Also many people do not have a phone but really want one. I would also give away my stufft animals. This is because I know they always make me happy. I could give underprivlidge children the animals so they have toys to play with.

  38. Zaynah Kalaoun!!

My grandmother's tea pot set(that's been in my family for nine generations), my winnings form horseback riding, my job, my life, and my ability to draw. I cherish these items because some make me feel as if I accomplished something and life and some like my ability to draw because I can create so many things and just let my mind go. Even my grandmother's tea set is important because I am just purely shock on how long my family has been around and survive in the world for nine generations. The items that I cherish though may be more important to others. For instance I would give my life to a person who needs to live more importantly than me. What I mean by that is if my mother is dying I would sacrifice myself just to save her even if my life is very cherish able to me. If I could even give my ability to draw to someone I will. I would do this because if I enjoy giving life to paper by just using a pencil and an eraser why not let someone else enjoy that feeling as well in life. I mean who wouldn't want to draw cool things from their imagination and to express themselves.

  39. The possession that I cheris the most in my life is my Pop's whaling wall necklace. This means so much to me because my Gany gave it to me after he died, and it is a very old necklace that he wore everyday. I also feel like he is watching over me when I wear the necklace.

The next possessions that I cherish the most are my parents. I cherish my parents so much because they are always there for me and take good care of me. They also taught me the proper ethics and good morals.

The next possession that I cherish the most is my house. My house is a place of peace, so whenever I am depressed or in a bad mood, I can always relax. I also can entertain myself when I am bored.

I also highly cherish my WWE dvds. Secretly, I am a die-hard wwe nerd. Or maybe not secretly, depending on if we're friends or not. These are cherished so dearly because I am collect the ppv dvd's and have over 70.

I lastly cherish my friends, because they are also always there for me. They can always make you laugh when you're in a bad mood, and also bring out the best in you.

Depending on if you are a WWE fan, then the dvd's would be a good gift because they are sick-nasty dvd's. Another good gift for someone would be my neckalce, because it means alot to me, and if anyone ever took it from me, I would "flip out". So if I gave it to someone, it must mean that they are very dear to me. But I would only be able to give it to certain people because it's a jewish necklace, so I am pretty sure to a different religion it wouldn't mean much to them.

  40. One item that I cherish is my great grandmother's necklace. It is a flat gold heart with a small diamond in the center. I was very close with my Noni and when she died I was dramatized. All she left for me was this necklace. I love this neckalace because while wearing it I will always have a piece of her with me. I think this would be a great gift for someone who has been in my predicament because it will help them still be with their loved one even if they aren't actually here. The second item is my hair. My hair shows that I am unique from other hair. The third item is my puppies. My dogs are a big part of my life and I ccouldn't live without them. This would be a great gift to someone because when you are feeling down, they are always their to pick you back up. The fourth item is my family. I love my family and I wouldn't trade them for anything.

  41. My most treasured possessions are probably my home, my computer, my mind, my family and my xbox. My home is important because it's the only place I have to live. It's where I feel safest and most secure. My computer is important to me because without it, i wouldn't be able to do a whole lot of homework, projects, and other last minute tasks. Furthermore, i wouldn't be connected to the vast web of information known as the internet. My mind is so important to me because without it, I wouldn't be who I am, a smart, charming, skilled young man. My family is so important because they are always there for me and my mom and dad are my main source of food and revenue. My xbox is important because it's expensive and it provides a source of entertainment, readily available for use. The two possessions I would think would make a good gift are probably my computer and xbox. These are things everyone can use as opposed to my mind and my home. Also, there are so many uses for a computer, and like I said, the xbox is a source of entertainment. Plus, if you don't like either of them, you can always sell them because there is a huge market for that kind of thing.

  42. The five possessions I have that are the most cherishable to me include my necklace, ring, memories, ipod, and the people in my life. These are some of the things that I really value in my life. They help make who I am stand out from everyone else. The first thing I put down is my necklace because it was a gift from my mother. Its very special to me since t also has some religious value. Also, I put down my ring since it was also a gift, from my aunt. i got it last year after meeting her for the first time, since she lives so far away. Every time i wear it, it brings back all of the new memories i have of her. This goes along with another one of my most cherishable possessions, which are my memories. These are all of the great, and not so great times I've experienced in my life. through all of them, I've learned a lot about myself and the world around me. Another thing that is really precious to me is my ipod. Everyone has that one source of technology they can't live without, and mines is my ipod. I've already lost it once, and became very frantic until I got it back. The last thing I cherich is all of the people in my life. This includes my family and friends, who have a great affect on me. I don't think others would appreciate these things as much as I do. They don't have as much value to others as they do to me, for the sme reasons.

  43. The five possessions I cherish most are:
    1)Books
    2)Laptop
    3)Freedom
    4)Friends
    5)iPod

My books and my laptop would be the things I would gift away if I had to, for they would be very useful to other people. The reason I cherish all of these things is because they are possessions that I use throughout my daily life, and, as I've already learned, I wouldn't be the same without them.
